I run my first 5K race this weekend. Terrified? Slightly. I ran 2 miles this morning at a 12 minute pace…My problem is I go too fast to quick. I need to slow down. Also I love following someone, I need to run with someone and keep a good pace. Asher is loving our morning runs. I love the post run, iced coffee I make when we get home and the yoga stretches on the floor with the cats.
GOAL: Run the 3.1 in 35 minutes.
