If we aren’t friends on Instagram and you like reading, we should probably be friends on Insta because I take book recommendations on Instagram VERY seriously. When 2 friends, by friends I mean people I barely know but follow, posted they were reading For the Love, I immediately went out and grabbed a digital copy. And as the first commenter said when I posted I was reading it, I was not disappointed.

Jen is honest funny and reminds us we aren’t perfect, we can’t do it all and for the love of all that is good in the world we are wholey loved by God. While I am still just barely in my 20’s she reminds me that 40 isn’t far away, and to soak up every lovely moment with SNC (sunday night church) with friends that thankfully doesn’t look like SNC from when I was in college. She lovingly encourages readers to take a stab at cooking, it really is good for the soul. And above all else remember the church is full of imperfect sinful people loved by God.
