Wear It Wednesday | What to wear for Galentine’s day

Hi Fashionistas! I have put together some super fun looks perfect for your Galentine’s day (February 13) this year! 

First, I found this super cute floral dress, and I wanted to show you, dear readers how to wear this cute and sexy even when out with girlfriends or for a more sporty chic look. For a romantic day with your best girls pair this classic silhouette with a fitted cardigan and a black heel. Add a set of pearls and a clutch. Or transform this dress into a chic skirt by layering with the pink leggings and the chunky sweater, finishing the look with an unexpected pair of slip on sneakers in a non pink/red tone.

 

For the edgy romantic try distressed jeans with a peplum fuchsia top add sexy metallic heels and a leopard clutch. Appeal to your inner romantic with a set of collar pearls and stay warm with a moto jacket. Perfect for a night out dancing or celebrating the end of what was clearly going no where!

 

This versatile look is perfect for a night of drinks with your best girls, or a sexy work look. I am a huge fan of the tonal trend, and the blush bag and velvet burgundy heels just makes my heart flutter a little. The midi skirt is classic and the preppy pattern is a little unexpected for the season. Add a classic fitted top and the edgy ear cuff for a girls only night out that will make the boys jealous. And convert this look to work by adding a blazer, ta da!

 

Not everyone wants to get dressed to go out on Galentines day, I get it. This is totally my go to look this season, dark skinnies, a sexy cold shoulder sweater, red converse for the season, some bringing accessories-I’d really love one of these wooden watches, a functional and classic bag, and a chunky scarf! Waffles with my girlfriends will be cozy, comfy and chic this February 13th!
