Breakfasts
-Grain-free waffles with berry sauce and whip cream
-Hueveros Rancheros with cheese, avocado, and salsa + Yogurt with Fruit
-Power Shake {This is our favorite yummy way to start the day! It’s sweet from the berries and packed full of protein}
Main Courses
-Ranchero Chicken
-Chipotle Mayo Fish/Chicken with kale
-Mediterrain Chicken
-Steak with Tahini
-Cauliflower Soup
Snacks
-Romaine Lettuce wraps with deli meat and cheese or sauce
-Apple with PB or Cheese
-Herb Roasted Chickpeas
-Edamame
Desserts
-Berries with whip cream
-Fruit with chocolate sauce

This is no ordinary diet. You eat good food, filling food and you don’t starve yourself. When Travis tells me he is hungry I always list off things in the kitchen ready to snack on from hummus & baby carrots, to trail mix, chocolate, an assortment of fruit and nuts. In fact we are eating more than we used to.
