Kendra had one thing she wanted to do while in California, the Winchester House of Sarah Winchester in San Jose California… It wasn’t really on my radar but it ended up being really cool from a weird architectural standpoint. Travis just thought it was really crazy and the guide was a little too ‘enthusiastic’ but she did a great job and made the hour tour exciting.

After a frightful tour of the Winchester House, we drove over to Half Moon Bay for Kendra to dip her toes in the cool Pacific water and enjoy the bay breeze!
Next on our whirlwind tour was Golden Gate Park in San Fransisco, then up to the Presidio to see Fort Point and the Golden Gate Bridge. I mean, why make it all the way to SF without seeing the Golden Gate bridge?
