Our Next Adventure

Well, after 3 years and 4 months in the Golden State, our little family is moving. I’m the first to admit that our time in California has been anything but easy. It’s been hard living in an apartment, the stress of my husband’s job, and the struggles of living somewhere where you’re heart doesn’t feel alive.

This move has been 3 years in the making, and is the right move for us. After 2 years of job hunting Travis has been offered a full time position at a hospital, back to Colorful Colorado. If we ever did feel at home somewhere, it was in Colorado.

We’re excited about this new adventure and the joy of being closer to family. It’s never easy to move, it’s always hard to say good bye and start new again and we’ve had our fair share of doing that. But, and I don’t know how to say this without it sounding a little dorky but, this move feels God ordained. It feels right in my bones.

Also, if you happen to have a house/duplex/something with a yard, 3 bed + 2 bath available for rent in Colorado Springs and you’re cool with my pets…We’d really love to occupy that space for you 🙂
