Spring 2018 | 10×10 Style Challenge | Days 1-5

Well, after months off and not doing a style challenge I finally decided to participate in the Spring 10 pieces 10 ways challenge. I desperately needed this challenge and to be more creative with the pieces in my closet.

Before this began I saw a real need for more dark tops in my closet, especially navy. A short-term remedy was a navy tee from Target with a botanical print, I know this goes against my ethical way of purchasing but trust me I’ll wear this for a long time. A more long-term solution was purchasing a navy flare sleeve top from Elegantees, and not only did it fill a hole in my wardrobe it arrived just after I started! (plus there was an AWESOME sale!)

Tops:
Navy Tee – Target
Grey Long Sleeve Top – Target
Pink Bell Sleeve Tie Front Top – Elegance Restored
Black & White Flannel Top – Elegance Restored

Bottoms:
Dark Skinny Jeans – Target
Light Washed Jeans – ABLE denim
Olive Ankle Jeans – Stich Fix

Now, I included mostly tops and bottoms this time, with one dress. I opted out of shoes and outer layers as I wanted the versatility to add snowboots or a heavy coat should the weather be crazy. And really the day I picked my items it snowed again, so yeah.
