Elegantees was the most accessible brand when I decided to convert my wardrobe. Founders, Katie & her husband, Israel, live in NYC running Elegantees while their workshop partner in Nepal employs women at high risk of being trafficked or that have been resuced from trafficking.
The Elegantees workshop is partnered with KI Nepal, a non-profit that has border stations between Nepal & India and provides a safe house for women as well as aftercare, and skills training to help them not become victims again.

Elegantees pays their women artisans 2x the minimum wage in Nepal. This allows them to provide for their families and support themselves while being independant. The first set of Pre-Spring styles dropped on January 22nd and it full of beautiful gathered details and bold sleeve styles. Ideal for lingering cool days here in Colorado and light enough for spring!

I am a BIG fan of Elegantees because I love their super soft knits, trend forward color palettes, and modest but feminine styles. They easily dress up, and always look good with jeans. It is safe to say 85% of my closet wardrobe is from Elegantees which is why I am so quick to recommend them to everyone who wants to begin their own ethical fashion journey.

Right now, Elegantees is ramping up their workshop in Nepal to fulfill a large retailer order. You can help participate in this by pre-buying for the fall season, HERE. I love this because you are investing in the Elegantees brand, allowing them the resources to hire more women and buy fabric, and you get some of the fall pieces in return!
And the absolute best part? They have a mens line too!
FPR (fight. protect. restore) is their men’s line and I’ve bought 2 tops for Travis and they are the same super soft fabric. We call them his fancy tees to wear to church with cardigans or date days around the city.
This is not an affiliate post or ad I just love Elegantees and sharing their mission to empower women with skills and a fair paying job to support themselves so that they don’t become victims again.
