Spring means new adventures and with new adventures comes new aches and pains. During the early months of spring, we do everything from hiking, to spring cleaning, and even snow shoveling . It all depends on the day, and let’s be honest how I slept, my stress level, and other things also factor in if those, regular activities end up causing me pain. Let’s be honest, we all experience pain, sometimes from things that didn’t used to cause us pain.

In addition to simply not pushing myself too hard, it’s important to understand our individual limits for our bodies. While I used to be able to run a 5k in 30 minutes, doing that now, might put me into the hospital. Instead, it’s better for me to listen to my body, know when to push myself and listen when it’s time to rest or back off. I find a hot bath or shower is essential to providing relief to my muscles but so is taking something to help relieve the pain.

Receptra Naturals recently sent me their new Pain Relief CBD gummies to try, I love that they taste good & I feel good about what I’m putting into my body a natural one used by humans for hundreds of years to help alleviate physical pain & help relax the body.

New Receptra Pain Relief Gummies

These pain relief gummies are ideal before or after exercise. I took one each day for 2 days after I received my one shot COVID vaccine, because while my arm was sore it the all over body aches that had me slower than normal. With 33 mg of CBD per gummy you’ll feel better with less ache and lots of taste!

These CBD gummies have full spectrum CBD and are 3rd Party lab tested, they are all natural, gluten free, contain no high fructose corn syrup, are GMO free and are made from Hemp plants on Recptra’s Family Farm in Colorado.

I especially love their taste; ginger, peach, and turmeric is the perfect post workout relief flavor!

Receptra Naturals Pain Relief Gummies are perfect for spring hikes with Asher and after an afternoon of rearranging furniture, and spring cleaning the ultimate therapy for me! I reach for these before pharmaceutical pain killers, because I know these won’t have the same long term affects on my liver as those do. Plus they are all natural and taking a gummy is way more fun than swallowing a pill.

Less like a chore & more like a healthy habit.

What is CBD?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a compound found primarily in the flowers and leaves of the Cannabis sativa plant, or hemp plant. It’s one of the over 100 powerful cannabinoids found in hemp and is known for supporting body and mind in various ways, such as imparting a feeling of relaxation and calm focus or helping with pain. Unlike THC, which is the major active ingredient in marijuana, CBD does not have the same interactions with receptors in the body, which means it won’t get you high.

CBD is known for its positive effects on both the body and mind. There are over 400 various other plant compounds naturally produced by hemp plants which also have unique and beneficial interactions with the body. Many of these are dependent on each other for efficient use by the body. This concept is called the “entourage effect” and is the biggest differentiator between full spectrum and other types of CBD, which do not contain these other beneficial compounds.

Receptra’s full-spectrum CBD oil is made from organic hemp grown in Colorado. CBD is also produced by marijuana plants, but these products have different cannabinoid profiles and are typically bred to be high in THC. Hemp plants cannot legally contain more than 0.3% THC. CBD hemp oil is not to be confused with hemp seed oil. Hemp seed oil is a product used in food and beauty items similar to how you would use olive oil or walnut oil. (from receptra naturals website)
